Balancing Act
Parenting has become a competitive sport. It’s not cool to admit your concerns and limitations in this climate. While we’re all united in the bond of loving our families, many parents don‘t realize we share the same fears and struggles as well! Raising children in 2005 is funny, delightful and often terrifying. If I couldn’t laugh about it, I’d go insane (my children say I already have.)

I hope you’ll find my column to be a little levity in the middle of balancing the multiple responsibilities that come with parenting. Take a break from chauffeuring, coaching, washing, finding, teaching, . . . Parenting, and discover you’re not in this  alone. Laughing about it, just might help!
